I searched and still can't find an answer. I put new wheels and tires on. Ford mounted the tires and installed the sensors. I drove for a while and all the sensors were transmitting. I went out today and after about a half hour, I got TPMS fault from all 4 wheels. I already have a reset tool from the past, but what is the proper reset procedure? I've seen about 3 different methods. I know I can just take it back, but trying to save a trip.

This is the steps I used:

The reset procedure to set the bronco tpms system to learn mode:
- turn off engine
- depress & release brake pedal once
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on
- depress & release brake pedal once
- press start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on then start/off
- press start/on
Horn will sound by itself
Dash will display "train left front tire".
- get out of the bronco and use the gadget starting with drivers front wheel.

Hold the button on the tool next to the sensor until you get a honk and then go to the pass front, same thing, pass rear, same thing and then driver rear. It worked for me.

Did that. No honk from driver front to start the process. I'll be heading back to the dealer since they installed the sensors and tires. Would've gone to my regular tire guy but I had $500 in Ford points.

Did you hold the button long enough? I think the first tire took a good 30 seconds before it honked. The others took less time. Is the battery good in your tool? Is this the tool you have?

I got it to work. Just had the tires put on and they looked a little low. Checked the pressure (which I should've done first) 2 tires at 15lbs, 2 at 20 and spare at about 12. Inflated to 34lbs and everything works. Tire guy did a bang up job. Never goin to the dealer again for tires.
