Too late to rotate?

Just picked up used ‘24 2D 7MT Big Bend with 15k miles. Tires are in great shape, but spare has never been used (and has a cover so it’s in good shape).
Is it too late to start a 5-tire rotation? Too much wear on the other 4 vs the spare?

I think 2/32s difference is the recommended max,……..but……

That would be a massive waste, they are fine up to 45k.
