  1. Keep It Simple: 30" Light Bar for the Bronco Modular Bumper

I’ll be watching for a sale / discount and get the dual function one. Let us know!
  2. Too late to rotate?

Thanks, wjtinfwb. It’s refreshing for someone on the forum to be concerned about another person’s feelings. I do feel better now 🤩. Hope that not rotating your tires thing works out, let us know — could save us all time and money, which definitely would make me feel even better.
  3. Too late to rotate?

Good plan, that’s what I’ll do. Thanks.
  4. Too late to rotate?

Yeah you’re right about that. The OEM Goodyears on my 22 Wildtrak lasted 85k miles with five tire rotation. I was so pleased that I replaced them with the same model tires and I’m 20k miles into those. I know others don’t like them, but they were/are great for me, and the right price, and last a...
  5. Too late to rotate?

Just picked up used ā€˜24 2D 7MT Big Bend with 15k miles. Tires are in great shape, but spare has never been used (and has a cover so it’s in good shape). Is it too late to start a 5-tire rotation? Too much wear on the other 4 vs the spare?
  6. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

For two door Tuesday, I picked up this beauty for my wife today. 7MT! Joins my 22 Wildtrak and son’s 21 Sport in our Bronco stable! Enjoying multi day drive home to TX from MT. .
  7. My Starlink Mini Mount

I like this the best. I have been using mine simply wedged between the roll bar and ceiling and it works fine (and is easy to remove for rv or other use). I used a bungee to keep it from moving at all, but will use a small Velcro instead, thanks!
  8. Door code keypad sticker

I bought a used F350 several years ago and needed the code. I researched and learned that there was a sticker on the factory radio, hidden behind the dash I removed a panel and reached my phone back there for a photo. It worked. Maybe something similar for Bronco? I think it was a 2015 F350.
  9. Flat Tow Tips (from 16K miles of towing behind RV)

Thanks for the helpful replies. We just got home, and here’s the recap in regards to my question last week: Our outbound and return trips were both two-day drives. In both cases, I decided to leave the Bronco connected and in flat-tow mode. In the morning, I opened the Bronco door to confirm...
  10. Flat Tow Tips (from 16K miles of towing behind RV)

Appreciate all the good flat-towing info here, it gave me confidence to do it. Two 450-Mile round trips so far (no issues). Tonight we are at an overnight stop on a two-day drive … Bronco is still connected To RV. Do I need to take it out of flat tow mode overnight? (Does is draw down battery...
  11. Center screen Dimmed

Is something on your dash covering the light sensor? Sometimes I throw my hat up there, and then Bronco thinks it’s nighttime and dims everything.
  12. Mabett Giveaway: What Did You Name Your Bronco?

This is Layla. She needed a cool name and theme song, and Clapton’s song was perfect. Yes, alert is set on SiriusXM so we never miss it.
  13. Rodent prevention damage

I have seen 12-volt versions of similar devices that you could install under the hood. Try searching RV forums, that is where I saw it.
  14. RV towing Bronco on a flatbed?

Thanks, CoolContractor. That is exactly what I had in mind. Aluminum is definitely needed, due to weight ... that is an $8,000 trailer! Now I am in the market for a used 18' aluminum car hauler, if anyone has a lead on one of those!
  15. Rodent prevention damage

Had this same problem with a car a few years ago. There is a rodent repellant spray (does not smell bad to humans, and I never smelled it inside the car), sprayed in in the engine compartment regularly. I also got an electronic rodent deterrent that I plugged in and left under the car (very...
  16. RV towing Bronco on a flatbed?

We just got a class-A RV and want to bring Layla along ('22 Wildtrak). I am not even going to take a chance flat-towing. Is anyone else doing this, towing their Bronco on a flatbed? Can you share details, advice, etc., please? Thanks!
  17. Trailer lights

I need to have some facts on hand when I talk to the dealer Friday... - Anyone who has had the Ford 7-blade trailer connector (this part) installed on a 2022 by a Ford Dealer, please reply here with dealer name/location - Especially in North Texas, please tell me who did it and I will just...
  18. Trailer lights

@RagnarKon thanks for the great info. My '22 WT is at the dealer right now for other minor issues, and I wanted them to address the trailer kit issue. They installed what was supposedly the correct trailer kit at the time back in 8/2023 when I bought it; this gave me just a 4-pin connector and...
  19. 2024 ‘Factory’ Tow Package

Slightly off-topic (I have a ā€˜22 not a ā€˜24), but I think the answer would likely apply to any year model: I have dealer-installed tow package (so I have only 4-pin connector). I now need 7-blade connector to control trailer brakes. If I install an aftermarket connector, where can I tap into...
  20. People flashing their brights

That was me. I always flash my lights at other Broncos to say hi. Day or night. But none of y’all ever flash back or wave. What’s up with that!?
