Thumb sensor on door not working

All of a sudden my passenger side and swing gate thumb sensors aren’t unlocking when I grab them (yes Inhave my fob on me ). Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a setting?

To add to that I keep getting a message/alert from my Ford pass app that says remote feature features have been disabled because I have a low battery charge. But not sure why I would even have a low battery at all. It starts right up just fine every time.

If you're getting a low battery alert pretty good chance your battery is the culprit...many have had issues caused by low battery. Lots of electrical draw on these trucks, she may start but multiple systems can be affected by low voltage. These new AGM batteries start crapping as soon as 3yrs.

100% agree with PWillette. Most likely will begin to see other alerts and things not working right with degraded battery.
