Hello looking for some advice as dealer not helpful without making an appointment and leaving it there.
My driver side door lock swith is not working. It's not even illuminated. It's there a specific fuse or could there be a bigger issue.

Is the door wiring harness plugged in all the way? Maybe unplug it and check connectors for moisture and reseat it.

It's all controlled/powered by the DDM (driver door module). This is the same module that controls the powered windows, so if your windows on the driver side are moving up and down, then it isn't a power issue, and there is no fuse to check.

I agree with @Lowcountry Bronco check to make sure the wiring harness is plugged in all the way and if there are any obvious signs of moisture intrusion on that connector. If there isn't then you have to pull out a multimeter and start testing voltages on the pins. Pins 2/3/4 are the pins that control the door locks.

If the voltages are there, then... have to start tearing apart the door to figure it out.

Good afternoon Mark. Would you please send over a private message with your VIN and dealer info so I can look into this door switch concern on my end?

I am having the same issue. What ended up being the problem and how was it fixed? Was it software related or something wrong with a switch or module?

Having the same issue, windows work and the door locks but the inside lock and unlock buttons do not work. The switches also do not light up at night.
Did you get your fixed and what was the actual issue?
