These tops crack on Raptors too. And Raptors have the extra brace. So I'm not sure about the flex theory. I'm convinced it's just a piss poor design.
I have a 2024 Raptor and just started noticing these small stress cracks in multiple areas.

This whole thread, and the many others, is depressing to read and more-so to find out that Ford is basically tossing this issue to the wind.

I have a 2024 with 21,000 miles on it. I thought my MIC top was doing pretty good until I saw a Facebook post from someone mentioning using a flashlight to help illuminate the cracks....well sure enough I found many hairline cracks around the rear windows. I've taken my top off only once since I received the vehicle. Luckily so far they are hairline cracks but I'm sure it'll worsen; so I guess I'll ride this one out until further cracks develop and try to warranty it. Or rhino-line and see what happens 🤷‍♂️

Do we need to start flooding Fords social media pages with these issues? If there's anything a company hates just as much as a lawsuit it is a damaged reputation.

Ford, while I love my Bronco I will never buy another Ford product again solely because of your unwillingness to provide $$ back or provide a solution for these MIC tops FAILURES.

The reply - and I can’t believe Ford put that in writing - that cracks are “..consistent across the [product line]” is truly shocking!!

And the hype surrounding the new Bronco variant, pos RTR is a f%*@ joke . Ford your collaboration with Gibbling Gittlin is a downward plunge!

^^^THIS! I’ve said it many times that this is the best why to find the cracks with a flashlight. But then you will cry…..

I don't think body flex is the issue as the cracks can be seen on new Broncos. I saw last week in the FB community a post showing hard top cracks on a new Bronco with 250 miles. I believe it's a manufacturing issue.

Definitely a manufacturing and quality control issue. Tops are failing across all climate conditions

The local dealer had a loaded '24 BL 2-door on their lot most of last year. It had faint cracks on the MIC top and was brand new. It was discounted heavily ($12K+) before it finally sold and I was tempted, but I wouldn't touch it. I won't have one of those tops.
