I saw this in another thread about these pods. Posted it on page 1 here but hadn’t gotten a response.
”Looking into this upgrade and I understand you have to change the rear pod speaker setting from "tweeter" to "speaker" to get full range and also there's an EQ setting to change to "flat" that...
Good to hear, thanks.
Here’s a question from another thread about this swap and curious if you or anyone else needed to change settings to fully utilize the 6.5” pod audio performance. Not sure how applicable this guys post is, but here it is:
”Looking into this upgrade and I understand you...
Curious about this. Have you considered the possibility of a direct sub replacement/upgrade, similar to the 6.5” pods? It would seem to make sense to simply upgrade the B&O sub, utilizing the same space and wiring such as with the simplicity of the 6.5 replacement speakers.
I get that 2 subs...
Anyone have a detailed review of the installation process and sound comparison to the Braptor factory speakers? Never heard of SSV audio and what the differences are between the offered options (SSV, Kicker….). Some additional details would be helpful. On the surface, I’m interested, but not...
Absolutely LOVE what you’ve done. Just super well thought out. My only “dislike” is the graphics splash on the front quarter panel, but to each their own.
And thats just a minor aesthetics preference, The overall design choices just freakin nailed it.
Great looking, highly functional, very...
Gotcha, yeah, I find myself regularly warm/hot, so the fewer layers, down here, the better. As for the other item, though I’ve never had a personal need for a fire extinguisher, I still own 2. Some things are just worth protecting. Learned that when I was a kid, sitting in a federal courthouse...
This may be alarming to some, but socks and often underwear are rarities for me. I work from home, live in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops down here in FL. So, can’t assume others follow what some consider “the basics”, which includes firearms. But, I get it and fully agree. Just...
If you think you’ll be able to “choose” your way out of a mass surveillance state, you’re kidding yourself.
Unless you plan on going entirely off-grid. Otherwise, you and yours will get rolled up and scored just like everyone else.
Oh boy, buckle up—this roast is gonna hit harder than your Bronco’s suspension on a Florida pothole.
Look at this thing. A silver Ford Bronco Raptor pretending it’s a battle tank that just rolled out of a Home Depot parking lot. Bro, you didn’t buy an off-roader… you bought a $90k+ Midlife...
I think you greatly underestimate the governments desire and ability to surveil and control Americans on a massive scale. History is filled with examples of this. Not just isolated examples but entire government institutions and agencies built around this interest globally. The Patriot Act was...
Here’s a YouTube vid that runs through each of these various Ford patents.
Very Orwellian and there is no way in hell I’d buy ANY vehicle with this stuff.
Yup, definitely understand your reasoning. Wouldn’t have bought a Braptor myself if it was only speed I was chasing. Really just curious about power/speed differences from someone who’s owned both. I did get a modest HP bump from Ford’s ProCal tune, but it’s really the optimized shifting in...
How would you quantify the overall power differences between the Hummer and the Braptor? I suppose I can look up the HP/torque numbers for the Hummer, but from a driver/owner perspective. Obviously the EV should have a better launch feel….just curious since you’ve owned both.
