Steering wheel and cluster upgrade

Really dig the wheel and the orange matches everything on my upgrades! I am fine with my old school cluster, the less digital the better for me but the wheel I like!

Like someone said I don't have IG. I have stupidbook but attatched to my wife's. She has all that stuff, my job doesn't care for me to be on social media or even on sites like this really but that's another topic. I'll have her look it up.

Yeah, at around $1K that's almost an instant buy. At $2K+, IDK...

Yeah, I'm not in love with the original, but it's functional... Works.

I feel exactly that way. A $1k 12" screen and $1k infotainment is a yes especially since you pull the dash only once. At $2k+ each it is a hard no for me.

The orange is spot on. They use the same code as ford

the steering wheel was around $800 I think with the discount code. I did do the heated steering wheel option as my truck has that

Here is the thread for doing the instrument cluster manually. I found a used cluster for $260 online and bought the bezel for about $120. Took a couple of hours to install and about an hour to program because I had never used Forscan before and I was being careful. Probably the most satisfying upgrade that I have done.

Suuuuuuper jealous of your $260 score. I just got a used one for $550 and felt lucky to even find one. How long ago did you do yours? Any tips? I’ve read through the other thread and it’s A LOT. It’s how I got the bezel part number so was super helpful. I’m going to reread when my stuff arrives.

I did mine back in February. I was looking on www.lkqonline.com a couple of time a day while I was working. I tried buying one before and they refunded me because it had already been sold.

Even at $550 it would have been totally worth it. No need to worry about returning a core or anything else like you do if you buy one from Ford. It took a little patience.

Mine had a scratch on the lens that you could see if you turned the cluster just the right way in the light. I wasn't sure if it would be visible once installed, but the clear less assembly was about $30 from Ford, so I swapped it too.

it genuinely made my 3 year old Bronco feel new to me again.
