Starlink Mini Mount with soft top open

There are lots of Starlink Mini mounts for the Bronco, but does anyone know of one that:
1) works with soft top and stays mounted while driving
2) can drive with the top open
3) also works with hard top

You may want to go with a dash mount. Don't have to worry about Starlink flying away.

I was looking at that one and almost pulled the trigger but their website specifically says
“ NOT FOR USE WITH OPEN TOP WHILE DRIVING”
