So would you pair that with a tweeter in the dash and midrange in those pods, then woofers in the kick panel?
I'd probably put tweeters in the pods since they are more directional and would benefit most from being aimed directly at the headrests. Then you can go up to 4" for midranges in the dash.

Installing a coaxial speaker into the kick panels is pointless. I'm almost certain that the signal going to that location is specific to a woofer. Even under amplification, coaxial speakers are inaudible.

That said, without an amplifier, you'd be amazed with what a tweeter / woofer component set can do for the front sound stage.

If you insist on a coaxial in the dash, the CS series would have been a better choice because they were designed to play much louder with less power. Without an amplifier, the factory system does not produce enough power to drive a 4" KS series speaker effectively enough to accurately reproduce what you're listening to. In short, you will be underwhelmed.

Forscan: the EQ needs to be disabled.

Balance: the front stage needs to wired in series.
Any suggestions for the sas B&O speaker system? It totally sucks!

Ok. I am big into sound and this was the very first thing I did on my Bronco.
Here are a few tips/suggestions.

I ordered the 6inch speaker with Kickers from SSV. The speaker is already installed on the pod and you just need to remove the old pods and install this. This was SUPER easy and would suggest this route.
Here is the link to the ones I bought. https://ssvworks.com/products/2021-2023-ford-bronco-rear-speaker-pod-add-ons?variant=42022280855736

When replacing the dash speakers get your self a plastic pry tool and be super super careful when removing the covers. The clips on the cover are very delicate and I have heard stories from others about it breaking off easily.

I decided not to change the kick panel speakers because I didn’t think it was worth the hassle. I’ve seen videos of the replacing of them and it looks like a lot of work for very minimal sound upgrade. One video says that you really don’t notice the difference since your ears are not near your legs. But if you think it’s worth doing then go for it.

I also did do the Forscan updated sound.
Forscan is pretty easy to use and there are tutorials on how to make the sound changes. However, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference when making the changes. I guess with the 6in rear speakers it’s suppose to allow more sound.

Hope the info helps. Good luck!
So, you were not happy with the 6 inch speakers you bought? What changes did you make with Forscan/

Have you seen these before? Only fits a single driver up to 3.5 inches, so should work for most tweeters.

So I ended up finally getting the mti 2 way dash adapters and installed them. My tweeters ended up being absolutely terrible off axis ( focal frak) so I had my buddy print me some type adapter to off to the side of dash area and it sounds way better. It honestly looks pretty decent for now. I’ll keep an out for other setup ideas but as of now there just isn’t much out there.

In reference to a tweeter, off-axis generally means that the tweeter is mounted on the a-pillar, and pointed directly at the opposing tweeter. Mounted on-axis, the tweeters would be aimed at the driver.

What are you powering the drivers with, and are the drivers active or passive?

That's definitely an issue with tuning, or lack thereof, not the tweeter reflecting off the windshield. Who tuned the system, and with what?

Reflecting off the windshield can cause cancellations in certain frequency ranges, but not across an entire frequency range. For instance, with a midrange driver, it might cause a 4dB cancellation (null, dip) at 1,600Hz.

Normally, distance between the speaker and the windshield, and the angle of the windshield are variables, but the Bronco's windshield is borderline vertical compared to most vehicles.

If you intend to keep the tweeter as-is, you probably want them closer to ear level, and about 15 degrees off-axis for the smoothest response.

Tweeters and midrange drivers in the dash is not ideal, but that's what we have to work with, and can sound amazing with a good tune.
