Should this bolt look like this?

I did the first oil change over the weekend and noticed this bolt on the passenger side looks like it wasn’t tighten down. It's on the passenger side, and I believe it's for the steering rack but i could be wrong on that.

Just curious if it’s supposed to be like that?

Without being back just a bit further, that LOOKS like a lower control arm bolt. In which case it goes through a steel sleeve, which is surrounded by a rubber bushing. If it isn't loose when you put a wrench on it, then it's tight and I'd leave it alone.

Again, this is a guess because I can't tell with 100% certainty what that bolt is holding in place.

Looks like one of your FDU mounting bolts. So long as it is tight it is good.

Thank you. When I get home I'll put a wrench on it and see if its tight.
My transmission sometimes feels like a tractor sometimes and sometimes feels fine and I have a theory that something may be moving causing it to bind up on itself and if that's loose that would be a sign that I'm onto something lol.

But that theory is purely speculation based off limited knowledge lol

lol. Its just weird my first transmission felt like a tractor all the time plus the other stuff it was doing and my second one has distinguishable moods. For days at a time it'll feel the same as my focus rs or speed3 did and then out of nowhere it'll feel like the 87 Kubota we had on the farm I grew up on lol
