From a previous car I had a Scangauge3
So - I went about figuring out where to mount it. I really didn't want it up high above the cowl of the dash.

I made some simple brackets out of aluminum that would be screwed down by the bronco plate in our consoles.

At first I wanted to epoxy the brackets to the back of the unit - but realized that I wouldn't be able to screw the brackets in - so I went with velcro. Hooks on the brackets, loops on the unit.

Turned out good. I also tried to get a picture of what it looks like for my line of sight. In park the shifter blocks it but in drive you can see the whole thing!

What X-gauge commands did you use for trans and coolant temp? Can it display oil temp? Boost?
