when we need to do a complete retorque on bronco? i mean by retorque, is like you drive a certain miles on a especially off road vehicle, you need to do re-torque on some of the components. and please stop screaming in replies that NEW CARS DON'T NEED RETORQUING!, every car with its component has to be retorque after certain miles driven, just wanna know usually when do we need to have it done? like after 15,000 miles or something. any idea guys? i am concerned about the IFS esp the control arms, and also rear diff components like anti sway bar.

Do it experimentally? Go offroading a bunch then hit the likely spots with a torque wrench.

I'm not so sure there is an all-encompassing answer here.
A lot of it depends on your usage, different vehicles were made on different days, etc.
SO many variables.
Personally I haven't found any factory hardware "loose", especially due to normal driving on pavement.
After some of my more challenging off-pavement trips I have double checked the nuts on the strut towers, front lower shock bolts, etc. So far so good.
With some of the torque values called out for the factory fasteners nothing short of re-entry from suborbital space (hypothetically, no implied use-cases here, so don't sue me if you drive off the end of a satellite trying to land in Bakersfield) would loosen them. Rear shock mount bolt comes to mind.

About the only time I re-torque is after initial install of a component...install, drive 25ish miles, re-check torque.

OK I WONT TYPE THAT WAY.

I would be more worried about initial torque, as in the fuse box so many have found not fully bolted down causing driveability issues, than a re-torque.

Joking aside I have not seen new vehicles needing to be re-torqued. I work in a shop that installs lift kits and accessories and then we always recommend re-torqueing. Most times that is 500 miles. So I guess to answer your question it would be 500 miles, from what I have learned.

Oh, I just thought of a gear change. New gear sets recommend .........

GEARS | SET UP - What is the break-in procedure for a new set of gears?
All new gear sets require a break-in period to prevent damage from overheating. After driving the first 15 or 20 miles it is best to let the differential cool before proceeding. We recommend at least 500 miles before towing. We also recommend towing for very short distances (less than 15 miles) and letting the differential cool before continuing during the first 45 towing miles. This may seem unnecessary but we have seen many differentials damaged from being loaded before the gear set was broken in.
Changing the gear oil after the first 500 miles is also recommend. This will remove any metal particles or phosphorus coating that has come from the new gear set.

This was from Yukon Gear and Axle website. How many people bought a Bronc and followed this procedure???? They were new gears. I get your point I have just not seen it with new vehicles. Nobody ever listens they just buy it and beat it. I have had customers call in after getting a lift kit and say they have a noise. First thing I look for is how long ago we did the lift. Second thing, most times, I see you did not come back for your 500 mile re-torque, was it re-torqued??? Well no I didn't think that mattered.
