Remote Start not working

I just got my 2023 Wildtrak (Lux pkg). On Sunday, I messed around and tried the remote start, and it worked fine. I just double-clicked the indicated button on the keyfob.

Ever since then when I've tried it, it has not worked. I've made sure my car was locked. The only thing I'm not 100% sure on is if I'm using the same fob now as I tried on Sunday, though I doubt one of my fobs would work and the other would not.

Any ideas?

You have to click the lock button first.
Remote start is click lock button, then click remote start button, then hold remote start button.
