Today, the Ford Pass app on my iPhone stopped working to remote start, lock, and unlock my Bronco. The app still reports the vehicle location, mileage, fuel, tire pressure, etc. correctly. It’s just the ability to control the vehicle that doesn’t work. I tried restarting my phone, and logging out and back in. I’ve also tried both at home on WiFi and on cellular. I’m also confident it’s not a battery issue as I keep it plugged into a battery maintainer while at home.
UPDATE: I did a driver reset in the vehicle, and removed and re-added the car in the Ford app, and it started working again.
