Is there a reasonably priced brake upgrade for the Bronco OEM brakes? They seem a little undersized or weak to me.

Best brakes ever. Even an anti Ford mechanic friend concedes that these are great brakes.
Maybe something is wrong?

Aluminum billet triple anodized with some radial drilled calipers and some caliper cross braces would really make a difference

They work. But like every other system on the vehicle, they compromise. Seem a little undersized and easily rolled through at stops if not paying attention to pedal pressure. If I had to throw a number out there. 10% more stopping power would be nice.

I'd try bleeding your brakes if you're rolling through when you intend to stop. I've got a 4 door badlands and I've never had an issue.

I have 4 dr BL. If at a light I have to pay attention to the pressure I apply or I catch myself creeping up. Never had a vehicle do this. It stops when I want it too. Nothing else seems off other than it’s heavy and needs some pedal pressure applied to stop. More so than any vehicle I’ve driven from my work vehicle to every personal vehicle owned from F150s, Maverick, Bronco sports(2) Chevy Colorado and others.

As compared to the OEM brakes in my Rubicon, the OEM Ford brakes are Brembo's.

I had to speed nearly 3K on Teraflex 4 piston calipers and 14" rotors to get it to really stop--you could stand on the pedal and it would push right through.

Very happy with the Ford brakes after they were broken in.

Perhaps your seat is too far back and you are not applying adequate pressure…

If you are rolling through stops and creeping forward after stops you probably should take it to the dealer to get looked at. I too have a moar door BL with some heavy ass 37's, bumpers and sliders and haven't experienced any of those issues. The Bronco stops fine and when I want it too.

However, I did see some Bronco brake upgrades at SEMA but will have to search to remember by who.

On a related note, what is the expected brake life for the OEM pads and rotors?
