Need to clarify with others as I'm now working through tuning (including trans changes) with ZFG.

Factory/Stock, accelerating from stop. Under extremely gentle throttle/acceleration, in Normal Mode. Does the trans skip 2nd and shift 1->3? Then under increased throttle it switches to sequential 1->2->3, i.e. no skip of 2nd? This is fully repeatable for me.

It kinda of seemed like new, post-tune behavior but not entirely sure.

TIA

*EDIT* As an additional observation, this behavior is identical in Sport Mode.

I cannot say for certainty on the Braptor, but the 10 speed skipping gears in most models (including the regular bronco) as far as a stock calibration is 100% normal.

Thanks. I'm aware of various gear skipping (up and down) and recall it when it was stock. I just don't recall this specific scenario when stock.

Mine did exactly what you explained when stock. I’m assuming the Braptor strategy is no different

Mine did that stock and after the tune from ZFG

Then I asked Adam to remove the skip shifting altogether.

He can even have it set to start in 2nd in Eco mode if you want. That's a common request.

That might be what I feel when I slow down or have soft acceleration in sport mode. I did ask for the old sport mode to be the new regular, and sport mode to be the new drag launch from nasa, so…

i can say there’s no funky shift in my regular mode from ZFG, so he probably already got that kink worked out from yall.
