With those, you can use your OEM hinges and you can replace one OEM bolt at a time with a stud. It saves you the headache of having to be very careful with the nut plates (they can fall off into the abyss of the tailgate and that sucks). By replacing the bolts one at a time, you can retain hinge placement. I recommend no more than 17-20 lb feet of torque (and note the OEM hinge bolts are torx-plus...use the correct bit or it can round out). The plate you would then use is the HB one made for the Raptor hinges. If you ever decide you don't like your OEM hinges, you can simply swap them out and use the same plate. If someone is able to break an OEM hinge, I suspect they are doing something they absolutely should not be doing...
