It seems most of my wheeling is in wooded areas. I am concerned a soft top would not hold up to branches scraping across it.
I was worried about that as well. But honestly the twill Bestop Trektop I have has held up amazing. And I have put it through some serious stuff. The only place you can tell is scratches on the plastic windows. If you had them off wouldn't be a problem. I keep them on a lot to keep dust out, and because I really like A/C.. 😂 I haven't tried to buff them out so not sure if it's possible.

That's one of my questions. Will Be stop hold up to branches being dragged across it? I live in the Chicago area and my wheeling is mostly wooded areas. I have enough pin stripes that scratched on the windows is not really a concern. Punctures are

Yeah I've been super impressed. No matter how many limbs drag across it, or how much mud and clay sits on top, the twill still looks perfect. Can't speak for the lack diamond material.

I came across these hinges. They really peaked my interest. I know it's held on by 3M. The one review I did find was positive. If you want to drill holes there is a bolt on option. Not sure I would want to do that. Looking for opinions comments and concerns I may not think of.

Thanks for checking out the EZ Flip Top & Roof Rack System! We’re glad it piqued your interest. You’re right that it’s held in place using 3M™ Automotive VHB Tape, which provides a strong and durable bond. We also include 3M94™ Adhesion Promoter, which enhances the bond’s tensile strength to ensure maximum security.

The bolt kit is included, though you can stick with the adhesive if you prefer a no-drill option.

We’ve received great feedback from customers who love how convenient and versatile the system is—whether you’re removing your top or looking for a reliable roof rack solution.

Right. If I had one of those WeBast**rdos tops, NO FREAKIN' WAY without some serious reinforcement. They barely hold together as it is.

It would have to be a direct cause of whatever failure happens otherwise it would not. Besides how many 6gen broncos have so many mods you can't even keep track of them all? Lol
