I noticed that Ford Performance Parts is now selling the Raptor headlights as an upgrade kit for all Broncos (link below). From looking at the photos, it appears as though they come with the headlights themselves and some sort of module. For those of you who have installed pull-off Raptor headlights on your Bronco, did that module come with the headlights you purchased as well? I haven’t been able to find any installation instructions for this kit, but I’m wondering if it’s a more involved process than a typical headlight swap. Since it comes with screws as well, I’m assuming that module needs to get attached somewhere under the hood or on the housing themselves. Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer their insight!

The module attaches to the bottom of the headlamp assembly, nothing difficult.
I'm sure most pull-off headlamps include them, but you'd have to look at the certain ones you're buying.

Thanks! That's kind of what I thought, but I wasn't sure since they showed them separately on the website.

I hadn’t heard of that as an issue (though I can’t honestly say I’ve looked into it).

As Ducati said the module connects to the headlight. Mine was already connected when I received them off an eBay buyer.
straight up plug and play with my non-signature LED black diamond.

however…
I have seen a Thread here where a guy had raptor takeoffs on his Wildtrak and when he took it into the dealership- they did something(not sure if it was for a recall or what) and his headlights stopped working.

I have had mine installed for about a year with no issues🤞

I was hoping that you would be able to provide some guidance with this. I received the Bronco Raptor headlight kit today and it came with screws taped to the ballast modules. These screws are way too large in diameter and too long for 2 of the 4 locations. The part number for the supplied screw is W506966-S437. Would you be able to confirm that the part number for the HS-2 screws in the photo below the same part number?

I pulled this photo from an eBay listing and the screws in the picture look smaller. Thank you in advance for your assistance

W506945-S437 should be the correct part number.

Not sure what happened there, but the ones they gave you are definitely wrong. W506966-S437 doesn’t even come up in the catalog anywhere for a Bronco.
