Pro cal tune adjustments

I want to add the Ford pro cal tuner but was wondering if any can answer a couple questions ?

I did the muffler delete through flow-master and added a K&N air filter. There’s definitely a lag in throttle response and sometimes I feel it cut out. Like it’s an air to fuel ratio mix up. Will this tuner correct that ?
Next, I was reading it was adjust your gear ratio ? What’s the thoughts on that ? I have a 2024 Ford Bronco badlands Non sas. Took it to Moab a month ago and the damn thing is a beast climbing ! Will that affect that in a negative or positive way ?

I don’t see how a FP tune (delivered via the Procal device) would effect whatever is wrong with throttle response either way. Maybe start with putting an OEM style paper filter back in and seeing what happens?

Procal will allow you to input differring tire and gear ratios assuming you make physical changes (e.g. installing 35” tires instead of OEM supplied 33”) so that your speedo reads correct, shift points are normal, etc.

No. Only a custom tune will do that. The procal is designed and calibrated for an otherwise stock vehicle.

Use FORScan to do a pcm relearn, that may help.
