Panda Power Module for 2.3 - reviews / experiences?

I've had the Panda Power module on my radar since it was released a couple years back but figured I'd wait for some real world experience and for possible any better options to come available. By all accounts the FP ProCal has mixed reviews, mostly underwhelmed results.
Anyone have experience with the Panda module & the one step colder plugs?

I'm not sure if I'm sold on the one step colder plugs. Any thoughts?

I haven't tried it, but have definitely looked at it. Especially since ProCal ditched ASS/RevMatch.

Best I can tell, with 93 octane it equals ProCal for torque, but lags just a bit in Hp (ProCal supposedly peaks at 330hp/385ft-lbs).

But - it's got various map settings, so you can adjust on the fly - so you aren't locked into Premium fuel without wiping out the tune entirely.

Not really sure I understand the maps - it says it has 3 maps, but if you set it at Map 5 or higher you need 93+ octane fuel.

Our Panda Power Module has it's own app with Bluetooth capabilities, so you can switch maps directly from your phone! Available maps include - Eco, Sport, and Race. **PLEASE NOTE: if running map 5 or higher we recommend running 91/93 Octane Fuel**

Yeah, common thing to do when tuning Subaru / VW motors. Helps resist breakup at higher boost. Easy change IMO, a spark plug socket kit is like $15 or less at an auto store.

Gotcha. My only turbo experiences are w/ my old turbo diesel land Rover and diesel equipment/tractors... didn't know it was a thing on gas engines. Plug change pretty simple on the 2.3

Yeah, I went ahead and pulled the trigger then got the news they are waiting on hardware. As of Monday Caleb says they are hoping to see the hardware this week.

Well I followed the UPS tracking number and it says they received a shipping label, nothing in hand yet, no ship or delivery date. We shall see

The PPM has arrived. I was a bit disappointed in the packaging...several YT videos showed everything neatly packaged in a nice white Panda box...mine was tossed into a USPS priority mail carton w/ some bubble wrap. Planning to install this weekend, will advise results.
