P2240 code

My truck (600 miles) threw code p2240 today. Which is an O2 sensor code. Just wanted to get some feedback on what people this this could be and if this is just the truck recalibrating to some bolt-ons I've installed.
Flowmaster outlaw cat back exhaust
Mishimoto oil catch cab
K&N air intake

**Update - dealership just confirmed a bad sensor and replaced**
