P0300 code on 2.7 Bronco

I installed a KN intake and mega intercooler on my 2.7 bronco. I used it for two months without any issue. Now when I am go with full throttle I will have misfire code and the car will go to limb mode ? I changed the spark plug and I gapped them and still same issue. Any advice ?
