Yes indeed. An ARB Summit and a Warn Zeon 10S. I haven’t picked up the bumber yet, but did pickup the winch. Looked through ARB’s installation guide online and it looked pretty challenging for one person.
I unboxed it and set it up on saw horses for assembly. Once it was assembled I lowered it on to jack stands to as close to the mounting height I could get. From there I was able to jockey it into position laying on the floor to get a bolt started in each side. For sure it would be easier with another set of hands. I am not currently running a winch.

Dallas you're paying 175-200 for a shop worth going to. You can find cheaper, and some might be good at some things and not so great at others. There are surely better prices out there and maybe even really good shade tree mechanic types but for warranty work and standing behind things 200 bucks an hour is average.

The 1.5 upcharge is common too. Take an hour? Charged 1.5 to 2.
Dang man, Dallas is high! I guess the cost of living must be more there than where I live.

Don't even get me started - If the family didn't have a tie here that we can't let go I'd be looking to transfer jobs QUICK. Dallas is crazy expensive.

My shop is $175/hr in Dallas, so I'm guessing $150/hr is about average.
Who do you use, if you don't mind sharing?

I am fully capable knowledge and abilities wise…not my first rodeo by a long shot. I moved here recently and don’t have any help…the bumper weighs 170 lbs. and the winch is another 70 lbs. Definitely not a solo venture.
Agreed...I'm getting older and things are getting heavier. If I can't manage the weight myself a lot of stuff is best left to someone younger who hasn't destroyed their body yet lol

Whoa!
Same boat.

https://www.harborfreight.com/1000-lb-capacity-hydraulic-table-cart-60438.html

I use this thing for almost everything now. It's cheap, I fully expect it to fall apart soon, but it hasn't yet. I used it for my front bumper, used it for the transmission for my Bronco II, all sorts of things.
Lol…I feel ya on the old, worn out guy part. Was a firefighter in a busy department for 35 years, now retired and 63.
I was just chatting with @Silver-Bolt about me maybe picking up a hydraulic lift table from HF. Would be cheaper than the shop labor rates for bumper/bull guard/winch install and I’d still have it for other projects.

You only need someone long enough to hang the bumper since you have some experience, try to find a neighbor or neighbors teenage kid for either beer or $20 an hour.

Just curious what off road shop hourly labor rates are in your area. I was quoted $150/hour.

for a good shop that's a going rate.

I removed my factory front and rear bumpers, when it was time to install the new ones I had one of my sons help me lift them in to place and get the bolts started.

There are some things that I take the Bronco in for. What they can do in one day might take me a couple days, the time savings is worth it sometimes.

Over the past 13 years of owning Jeeps, I have built a relationship with the installer I have been using a major parts retailer/install shop. Sometimes he installs things on his time for a little better rate.

Truckguys, Weymouth, MA, start at $100/hr and go up, depending on how technical the work (e.g. electrical) is. Also, whether you're providing the accessories or them (merchandise profit factor).

I have a guy who works for a Ford dealership I pay $75/hr, cash, on his own time.
