Dirt bikes or mountain bikes? Does it have a tow package? Looking cool, you have already nailed it! Lots of camping options! We use the F350 for that. I'd look at Bimini top options.
Hybrid bikes (like between a road bike and mountain bike). We like to hit local rail trails, C&O canal trail, etc... Flat, gravel or occasionally paved. Nothing too extreme. I usually just toss the bikes in the bed of the truck. No tow package on the Bronco, and only light towing with the truck. When we camp, we use a tent.

Then I'd look into a aftermarket receiver for the rear bumper. Get a rack for wood and a rack for the bikes. Voila

Female Bronco owner here. 2022 4-dr OBX hard top. She needs more storage! Get the fabric door pockets to replace those stretchy stringy ones. Also there is a cool plastic bucket-type piece that fits over the console (kind of like a saddle), down by the phone charger. I got both on Amazon. Center storage console bins. Definitely mudflaps - I have the WeatherTech ones. The front ones are a challenge to put on if you have the factory rails, but a bit of "persuasion" and they will go on. There are lots of fun stickers to get from Etsy. Cool over-lays for the "BRONCO" letters on the grill and rear cyclops brake light.

My initial recommendation from the first post would be the @Mountains2Metal flip-down attic tray. The extra storage it provides is remarkable, especially since it's using otherwise dead space.

You all are amazing--thanks! To answer some questions... 4 doors and a soft top. What are we planning to do with it? Well, #1, ride around looking cool! Probably some camping and maybe using it to haul our bikes if I can find a decent way of doing that. Those tasks previously were the job of the F150 (still an option), so we'll see. Hot rodding? No, the Mustang scratches that itch. Oh, and there's also a Fusion Hybrid for the boring MPGs needed for my commute.
Now given this post, get yourself a 2" receiver for the rear and order one of these:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KZCL31Z

I have the 4-bike version (me, wife, and 2 kids) but they offer 2- and 3-bike versions as well. Great quality for the price. (I've had cheap racks as well as very expensive ones. This one's really, really good for the price)

With an 8" hitch extension it clears the spare tire without issue.

A Curt receiver hitch can be sent to your door for about $100 and can be installed in 10 minutes by an 8 year old (no need to remove the bumper like the OEM one).

On my 2024 Outer Banks the installation of the bumper was easy. Getting the OEM cover plate off was a pain. The two bolts holding in were too long to extract without removing the bumper. I didn't want to take the bumper completely off (first mod I did) with the sensors and all. I took out the two lower bolts and loosened the two bolts way up high and hard to reach. I loosened enough to swivel the bumper away from the frame. I was then able to remove the bolts and the cover bracket and install the new hitch (Amazon).

Mud flaps #1. What bumper do you have plastic or Mod?
Well, big fail on my first accessory! Can't believe that the Ford mud flaps are NOT compatible with the steps on an Outer Banks model. Ordered without checking the details, because who would think to do that? 🤦🏻‍♂️ I think I may try remounting the step rails, as I've seen some have done. 10 minute install will now have to wait for when I have a couple hours on the weekend.

Time to invest in a sawzall and fix that problem for good

Hopefully it doesn't come to that!

I did get a front license bracket installed, and also have the Redline hood struts to install this weekend.

Question on the Redline hood struts: do they use a plastic ball end with a simple built in lock collar, or do they use a metal ball end with a separate metal retaining clip that's a little harder to install on that application?

I used the IAG products for both the soft top and the hood; I installed the soft top units first, and they were dirt easy with the built-in lock collar. The hood struts used the different, separate metal retaining clip that was trickier for fat fingers to install in the tight area on the lower ball. I asked IAG about why the difference; they said the hood struts deliberately had a different, metal ball end and clip instead of the plastic one like the soft top, and that's because of heat under the hood. They didn't want to use plastic in that application.

I will let you know when I open the box this weekend.

Regarding mud flaps. I have the WeatherTech ones, both front and back. Drivers side front went on super easy with the factory-installed running boards. The front passenger required some "persuasion" along with loosening the bolts on the running board and really forcing the mud flap in. It is never coming off! The rear flaps went on super easy. The mud flaps definitely help with rain/mud/water coming up from the tires, especially on the door handles.

So... Didn't really study them before installing. However, the balls are metal, however the socket ends are plastic. Not sure if the socket has a metal insert, though. I think the locking clip/mechanism is metal. I do like how high it raises vs using the rod.
