I see this 4WD lifted camper van parked at a local lake quite often. What do you guys think? I know vans are stigmatized or whatever, but they are really a truck with a cabin. I think its pretty darn cool, and no need for a roof top tent!

I would love to have my old Dodge Grand Caravan with the Sasquatch setup with bronco four wheel drive. It would be the ultimate off road vehicle with the stow and go seating.

While definitely a pretty cool setup that looks like it gets actual use I'd still clear of it in a parking lot!

My first vehicle when I was 16 was a 86 Chevy conversion van. Should’ve seen the look on the parents eyes anytime I pulled up to pick up a girl for a date lol

4WD vans are hard to find and bring good money. There is at least one conversion company that does them. I see one at the beach every now and then set up way better than that one.

4wd class C motorhome conversions are a thing also. Very expensive.

Pretty common in this area..lots of weekender 4x4 vans fishing on the point.
*a Jody Treadway build pictured*
I've always thought they were pretty rad.
Some of these are REALLY decked out..all the creature comforts you could want.

If I had significant wealth, enough to own a few or several vehicles, I'd definitely go for this. Different body types for different excursions. As it is, I have one set of wheels, my Badlands, and I'm very happy with it. It's a great daily drive, and true fun when I can get to the backroads.

It definitely can’t be within 500 feet of a school, that’s for sure…
