Need help with lifting my big bend bronco

I have a big bend non SAS bronco and was looking at the eibach stage 2 lift kit. I wanted to know if it would still be comfortable to drive on road i drive a lot on highways and most of my off-roading is on sand/ rocky sand. Also what height would be ideal to set them at to maintain on road comfort.
