My Delamination Saga

So at 1500 miles on my Badlands I noticed the delaminating hard top.

Dealer was great!

Trip #1: Yes the top is delaminating we have to order a new top AND install the glass
Trip #2: Dealer called the top is in...I show up...Oh is doesn't have headliner we have to order that...I say OK order it, install it in top and call me we"ll install the top save another trip
Trip #3; Dealer calls top is good to go...C'mon in we'll install the top

After Trip #4: Dealer calls we have the top installed...buuuuuuut...installer broke the connection to the rear defroster...we have to have you come back again AFTER we order new rear glass

Its unfortunate. Things happen. I worked at a dealer for 45 years, believe me, they dont want that to happen.
