Mud Flaps for a 2025

I am looking to install front and rear mud flaps for my 2025 Big Bend. I do not have the Sasquatch package. I noticed that some mud flaps appear to need the crash bars to be removed. I want to leave the crash bars intact. Can someone recommend a brand that requires no drilling.

I bought the Ford OEM front flaps M2DZ16A550AA. They require modification so I can use them with the stock rock rails (I have a Badlands). But I think they match the curve of the fender flare best and they're affordable, around $60. I don't care for the rear OEM flaps.

Thanks @Brian_B for the call-out! Our NON SAS flaps fit without removing the crash bars. It’s tight, and in some cases the crash bars need to be loosened to enable the flap to slip in-between but they do fit. We’re a sponsor on 6G too.

The broflaps look similar in style and quality. Question for @aermtr - are they easily removable if hitting rockier terrain and need the approach angles or are they flexible enough that it’s not necessary?

I wanted something low profile, no drill and removable, so my recipe is:

A set of the IAG I-Line 2pc Rock Rail Side Mini Mud Flaps
Six of the HM1 fender flare clips
A pair of Powerflow Splash Guard 4322, or any flat, non-molded generic mud flap
A bit of dremel work to cut the slots for the clips in both sets of flaps
A quick slice to trim the bottom of the IAG flap flush to the rock slider
A quick slice to trim the top of the powerflow flap to fit onto the IAG flap.
Install the IAG flap to the slider, attach the generic flap to the IAG with the flare clips....

Enjoy not having mud, crud and rocks flung all over the side of your rig, and easily pull them off when necessary.

The only thing I'd really like is to have something to cover the front side of the clips to keep them from retaining too much gunk, but going on nine months that hasn't been a huge issue. This winter will be the real test.....

@redone17 attaching a quick video because we just released our “Premium Short” versions, USA made for us in Washington. For a steel rear bumper model (Badlands, etc) I can get them off, front and rear in ~ 20 minutes. I’m lazy though and I generally leave them on when I off-road. They’re flexible and the only ones that we’ve seen break are from hitting deer and other cars (not us. If you buy from us and you succeed in breaking one or two, we’ll take care of you.
