Missing rear soft top "bushing"

I have a 2022 Big Bend 4 door soft top. I closed the tailgate and noticed a rattle and movement from the rear soft top window. Upon further inspection I am am missing a rubber "bushing" or rubber retainer. Not really sure what to call it. The dealership didn't know what they could do as there are now serviceable parts. I went to the dealership today to pick up our license plates and was informed Ford is going to replace the entire soft top "skeleton". I thought I would post it here to see if it has happened to anyone else. I posted pictures of both sides. One that has one and the other where it's Missing.

I'm pretty. Sure I would not want them stripping down the soft top off the frame and then reinstalling it on a new frame. Just take the piece out of the new frame, and stick it in yours.

That is what I was thinking! I don't understand why they would do that! It will definitely never be the same. Can you imagine how much a 5cent piece is costing Ford.....

They probably have to send the frame back that's missing the piece. What does it matter what frame it is, as long as its one with a missing piece. Crazy.

Do let them do it!! There is a post on here where ford said the soft top could be taken off and put in a new frame guy has been months without his bronco. Just have them pop the rubber off the new one and put it on yours.

I will see if they can just swap the piece! I don't want them to swap everything else. I tried to match my nails before delivery! I was a shade off! Still looks good!
