Cool. Did not know my Basesquatch would be equipped with it. Guess some folks need an electronic babysitter...

I liked the convex mirrors in my explorer, but it didn’t have BLIS. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my BL High came with BLIS, probably mainly bc I never paid attention to the details of the Copilot360 pkg.

Everyone eventually gets fatigued driving or has a bad day and could use the assist!

I LOVE the dual mirror set up the Super Duties have (at least the older ones like the one used to have) You couldn't hide in those mirrors.

On the Bronco, I wish the convex part was at the bottom, not the top corner. Maybe just because that is what I got used to on the f250, though it's been over a decade.

I've noticed that when I drive car with BLIS, people don't sit in my blind spots. I figure that's because they can see the lights in my mirror.

From an article I read in car and driver decades ago:

To properly adjust mirrors, sit in the driver's seat and lean your head left until it touches the driver's door window. Adjust the driver's mirror so you can just see edge or the door handle.

Lean right the same distance from the seated position and adjust the right-hand mirror in the same fashion.

Man, I'm glad I accidentally got BLIS on mine then (which is permanently disabled). I was pleasantly surprised to find that my mirrors didn't have those annoying things in them. The only reason a car has a blind spot is if one does not have their mirrors adjusted properly.
Agreed. I'm hoping the BLIS mirror glass snaps into the base mirror housings. Not a fan of built-in blind spot mirrors. Once part issues settle down, I plan to make such a mod. I need neither assistance.

Agreed. The present location just gets in the way of what you actually want/need to see.

Is there a part# on them yet? Even with the arms as a full replacement?

I've not yet checked. I think it is too early to consider swapping ancillary parts like mirrors considering limited parts availability.

while I have my mirrors adjusted "correctly" to eliminate blind spot, I've had little blind spot mirrors on my Tacoma for 18 years and got so used to them, I put them on my BL again. I do have BSM too, but for the first time, felt better with the mirrors where I can see everything, from wheels to the moon

Oh, and don't replace your mirrors, there are tons of options on Amazon and elsewhere, probably even at your local gas station. Just get some you like and stick them on :)

I think for my case and others it is not the fact that there are blind spot mirrors it is the fact that the mirrors are located on the top outside portions of the mirror. That is the area that I and others need to see normal not a smaller version of what is around you.
