Thanks for that link. Looks like Ford has updated the Method listings on the Accessories side to also show the FP center cap as shown in the Performance Parts side. Just last week while in TN at SCE, I received the discount code for the wheels. I almost pulled the trigger then knowing it will take 2 weeks (at least) to ship to the dealer. When I viewed the Method wheel listing then, the site was still showing the Method center cap.

I used the recommened set from the Ford site M-1012K-BR, which i guess would be "short". Just need a thin wall socket.

How loud are these bronze beauties in the sun? Torn between these and grey. I have the same truck.
By loud, do you mean bright? They are very subdued. I wish that they were just a little brighter. If the grey was a little lighter I may have gone that direction. I was looking for a nice contrast. The all black factory wheels just get lost.

Curious if you would have liked the gloss variant of the titanium better? The FP titanium wheel is matte finished and may appear darker. Hindsight is 20/20.

When I was considering 703’s I had a good conversation with a guy at Method that shared he had some of their matte wheels and hated them as they were a bear to keep clean. I hadn’t really considered that much but he also had a different vehicle with gloss and preferred those

Kudos to the OP for verifying the weight. If you purchase the retail wheels from Method or other wheel vendor (besides FP) you can get 0 and +35 offset but they will have 106.25 hub bores as opposed to the 93.25 from FP.

Retail weights are slightly different as well.

703 gloss titanium, 0 offset = 26.87#
703 gloss titanium, +35 offset = 27.84#

Not much variance but makes sense the FP is slightly heavier as they have smaller hub bores (more metal).

Yes, I meant bright.

Silly question, will the Ford Performance Method center caps fit non Ford Performance M701/703 wheels (Method’s purchased elsewhere )?

yes. same wheel. only difference is offsets available through Ford differ from the ones you can buy from Method or other retailers.

Thanks - Wasn’t sure if the hub measurement difference between Ford Methods (93) and all other retailer Methods (106) matters for center caps.
