Manual Wrong? Heated Mirrors

My soft top with prep kit and LUX doesn’t have a heated mirror button. I believe it activates it with the rear defrost button.

Therefore, if you don't have auto temp control, then you don't have heated mirrors.

No, all Broncos have heated mirrors, it's standard. My minimally optioned Base has them. It's a very nice feature if you live in the snow belt.

I did not run through all the models to see if they were standard equipment.

For years, with the F150s at least, the heated mirrors, heated lower front windshield and rear window defrost are all switched on simultaneously with the single button. The Bronco’s mirrors and rear window defrost are switched with the one button on the lower left center-dash cluster. If you have the hard-top-equipped soft top package the button will just control your rearview mirrors if you don’t have a rear window with defroster connected.

Mines a soft top no prep kit. It has the button.

So what I gather here is, those of us with soft top, hard top prep and at least 2 of us lux package dont have the button. But those with soft top and no hard top prep have the button.

Other way around - in my case I have a soft top and prep kit, and the button.

Mine came with the “basic”version. I bought a full one from Helm for $40 or so. I always like having a paper copy.

Is it in Canadian? Which I assume is some sort of hieroglyphics based around woodland creatures.
