M210 Case Bolt Torque Specs

Good morning Bronco6G!

I'm getting ready to put my front diff back together and am looking for the torque specs on the case bolts and the 4 bolts for the intermediate shaft tube to diff. I've searched hi and low and have not found this information as of yet.

Axle tube is the only thing Ford has specs for. We do not service/disassemble the FDU.

I just torqued them to 60 foot pounds. It's not leaking yet, , we shall see if it does or not...

That’s basically what I did as well. Used an entire tube of RTV, at that point the bolts are more or less optional

I may have over torqued my bolts...

I have my front end torn apart again so I will use these numbers and see what happens.
