Looking at these pics, I think this is about as good as we're going to get for aftermarket squared flares. and agree a flat black inside there will hide it well. Hide it even better if the flare is painted.

It's a great execution for what is quite literally fitting a square peg into a round hole here.

Interesting to see the non Sasquatch photos. IRL photos with random lighting and feedback from early adopters will tell. First impression: I might like the KBD as well as Heritage. It'll boil down to how well the arc is hidden. Also, I wonder if these will not mud stain like the OEM.

So far their customer service is great! I chatted with Irving a bit, and was able to get the following side pics to share:

So a little round can be seen on the inside, but my thoughts are to paint the inside a matte textured black finish to help camouflage the lines.
turn them onto this thread. they'll get more product feedback, good and bad, than they'd ever need or want.

I like them color matched would really work for these. I like that they have better lower coverage then the Heritage edition ones.

I do like the look of those, but by the pictures they look to be at least 1/2" more narrow than standard Sasquatch flares.

Also, one of those pictures shows a rock stuck in the tire tread that looks like it's trying to decide which body panel to assault when the time arises. 😏

edit: I just realized that their Bronco is Sasquatched or at least has Sasquatch package wheels and tires on it.
LOL! Almosy spit my coffee! So damn true!

Found these fender flares while doing some googling. I think these ones might be what a lot of us have been looking for.

Damn! Of course right after I found my factory base flares! Ugggg! And.. they have the square vintage bends that I wanted so damn bad! My one dislike, they are shiny poly when all other plastic on the Bronco is sand-pebble-matt. So I feel a little better, but they will probably pop a set that are flat soon enough so the bumpers and rearviews match WHHHHHYYYYY!!!!! Damn you Google Gods! Damn you all to HEEEEELLLLLLLL!

These need to be wider to protect the body/doors for sasquatch package tires

To me the sweet spot would have been somewhere between non-Sas and Sas in terms of width - this could allow many non-Sas to go with 0-25 offset (or thereabouts), which many aftermarket wheels fall, and still keep coverage

It looks like the 2.5" is at the widest point and that it's far less where it tapers down on the bottom. It looks good, but I'm wondering how to protect the sides from the rocks that we know get thrown up.
