Please keep us posted as I continue to experience this vibration only when in 4A and most often around 38mph and low rpm ~1.2k. 2023 Badlands with 38k. The dealer said my tires needed to be balanced, which does not match the symptoms.
I have been experiencing this too for a while. It’s most notable when I’m going around 39mph and 1.2k rpm and accelerating. It’s not limited to this spot, but pretty common and seemingly most notable. The dealership told me it’s my tires that are out of balance. All 5 tires have been rotated by...
I proposed the same thing and thought it was a win / win. The local dealer asked their rep who said no and Ford has yet to respond at all to the case or letter from December even after numerous calls. Sad business plan and leadership.
Sad, but true. The local dealership agreed that my entire top should be replaced due to delamination and honeycomb issues. The dealer’s rep woudn’t do anything and Ford has not even responded to my case, a letter from December and multiple calls. They are totally ignoring a known all...

Good point. I’m obviously a forum member and I only started looking closely when I was coming up on my 3/36 warranty. I doubt most Bronco owners are even aware of the issues with the MIC tops. When I was checking after nearly 3 years, I saw the delamination on the mid and rear panels. The...
That’s what I was afraid of them trying to do. I understand that they want to limit their liabilities, but my 3/36 expires at the end of the month so not having them stand behind it for at least another 3/36 from the time it’s delivered is some BS in my mind. I’m scheduled to take it in on...
Assuming they replace my top as it appears to match what’s covered, how long is the warranty on the replacement? Does it reset the 3/36 warranty on the top or portion of it that is replaced?
I haven’t filled out any forms about my top, so I don’t think I’m on any lists that would warrant an email like this one. His bio says pending admissions in the text and later appears to read that he’s admitted in DC. https://classlawdc.com/team/bruno-ortega-toledo/
Apparently I missed it. Thank you for point me in the right direction. And if you haven’t been officially awarded the MVP, I would like to nominate you for all of your contributions to the forum. Thank you!
Thank you!!! The *.pdf you sent should be exactly what I need. In fact, the @Administrator might want to put this somewhere as a resource to others as I didn’t see it in my searches, but maybe I missed it. Hopefully this makes it very clear and simple and forces the dealer to do the right thing...
Four tops is crazy. Thank you for the insight. We’ll see how the local dealer responds. I’m certainly apprehensive and keeping my fingers crossed that they do the right thing and without a fight.
Update 12/31/25 - I went to Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, MD and when we looked at the top together, they did see the delamination that I showed them. We noticed that all four panels either have the honeycomb issue or are delaminating and need to be replaced. My Bronco is garage kept and the MIC...
