As if that will ever get dirty! 😆😅
She is purdy though! Love the color and details.....exceptional job.
But! I've ballparked my own updates to my 2dr BL Sas and it's easily $40k. A big part are the 74Weld portals, but the rest adds up too. I've thought about how, once I've got mine the way I want, relatively few will "get" it by looking at it. Other than the 37-38" tires (if I go delete or not...), you wouldn't really know. I like the lookers, but I don't know I could drive one. But give me something understated but really useful... That's the ticket!

Did you do any dyno testing as you performed the various performance upgrades? In particular curious if you tested items separately. Trying to find data on Whipple vs other brands of IC’s. Also was yours a custom tune or “canned tune” of sorts?

Also curious about the Magnaflow exhaust you chose. Provide a link? They offer one for the Dodge Challengers that allows you to run various configs for different loudness and performance variations. Curious if this is the same. Also how does it exit the vehicle? I’d want something that is less prone to drag/hang when off road on steeper inclines.
I have zero experience with AWE, but I was checking out their new exhaust last night. It’s definitely some clean looking fabrication with a price to match. It hugs the truck for higher clearance, it’s programmable (and has a manual override switch inside the cab), it works with the Ford exhaust modes (and comes with a second non-functional switch to keep the ECU happy), same exit path as OEM, and they say it removes the “rasp” from the factory exhaust. It’s not a performance upgrade - it’s all about the clearance and the sound. The claim is +1hp and +9lbs torque to rear wheels. Their Black Friday sale is 10 or 15% off (can’t remember).

I have the Magnaflow Exhaust, sans the modes, it fits tight and up into the frame. Dual tip, black. Sounds really good, no drone in the cab and I have a soft-top. It definitely will not scrape on the trails, or at least I have not had it scrape.

Is it a humblebrag to say you spent $50k on off road add ons (on a $100k truck)? I think it's just a brag. To each their own, it don't really bother me.
Could someone achieve the same results starting with a $50,000 truck? Minus the Raptor engine?

Broncos have 2-doors. Always have and always will. If what you own has moar doors than 2, then you have your answer.
Thanks for explaining your opinion. Reminds me of a fly fishing forum I was on, where some thought if you didn't fish drys you weren't fly fishing. Purists? Neo-luddists? Good things evolve and expand.

The haters will hate, and the rest of us rational folk that wish we could spend that kind of dough will love it. Great build, jelly that I can't drop that kind of money but that's life. If I had that kind of money that would be my daily and I would have one built for all the dirty fun!

Is it rational to spend that kinda money? If we're real, the OP is advertising his company with the build. I assume a lot of this is tax deductible. I wouldn't cry no tears, or think it's too amazing. It's just business.

By all means no, but when you live in oil country I can't tell you how many people I see blow that kind of money, I was the second bronco in the area (day 1 reservation) but since then there is almost an equal amount of broncos to jeeps out here. About an even split of f-150 to raptors, and about 5 bronco raptors in a 200k pop town already. So in my area yes that is a rational spend for irrational overplayed people lol.

This is one hell of a sweet looking ride. Good job!

Too bad I see some haters in the comments. The car community is meant to be a fun space for people to explore and express their creativity in whatever way they want. I've actually seen people in rigs this sick on trails when I go off-raoding so I won't be surprised if OP actually takes this out there. Would I take a 150k car off-road ? May be not but there are also people in 35k cars who think I'm carzy for taking a 60k stock Bronco off-road. To each their own. I'm actually happy when people take cars like this to the trail so I can see if all these mods are worth it and its also just cool to see a great build, that's why I'm in the community else I'll stay in my garage doing my thing with the few friends I have

No matter if the question is asked, you shouldn't answer it. When bringing and showing receipts, it just comes off as a humble brag. At the end of the day, you tarted up a moar door station wagon. Congrats?
Stop hating, I'm happy the price is there. I always wonder what people's build's cost and like they said people often ask so they decided to just answer the question. I'm happy there are people like this who are willing to share the cost of their builds when people like me ask.

We used to call that "money burning a hole in your pocket". Big spenders from the oil patch have a tendency to struggle in the next oil market downturn.

I guess that spending is rational to someone who see the skies always raining cash for them. I would tend to think of it opportunistic, a sellers market, and hence rational for the seller more than the buyer, regardless of means.

I recall when my ex in college who was from Odessa, her mother owned three houses collectively worth $10k twenty five years ago that, when she died a few years later and my ex sold them, she got $100k each. It was rational for her to sell it for that instead of $3k, but the market wasn't acting as a brake. I think a man camp was built on one of the lots, so it's possible it was worth it for the buyer, too.
