It just worked for me. Maybe they just fixed it.
But the shipping costs were an eye opener… too used to Amazon shipping.

Shipping is never cheap. I ship everyday and get push-back on the costs. I never charge more than it costs me, but still there is always criticism. I call it the Amazon effect where people become conditioned to expect cheap/free shipping. A small business can't absorb those costs.

Yes a video and more photos. From that one photo I can't tell what this is at all. Photos of it before it gets installed too.
More storage is always useful so I am glad this option is available.

Ditto. I like what I see but it's impossible to understand how useful it will be without dimensions and an explanation and visual of "drop-down" action. It's probably worth the >50% premium over the competing non-drop-down product but can't tell without more information.

Well, not to side-track this thread, but I don't have Prime and never pay for shipping from them. I select the shipping that will take a few days longer which it never does as the distribution facility is nearby. So yeah, Amazon does absorb the shipping cost.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger and ordered one. I've been really happy with previous M2M products, so I decided to put my trust in them on this one. I'll report back with details once it arrives and I get it installed (if we haven't gotten more photos/videos by then).
