Injen Air Intake 2.7 ***2023 Models*** -- any errors / CEL ?

Well, I installed the Injen CAI and hot & cold charge pipes back in May, and ever since then, My A/C has been intermittently blowing straight hot air.

Took it to the dealer, and they said that because of the CAI, when the intake is under load (turbos spooling) the intake gives an incorrect temp reading meaning the car thinks it's overheating and is blowing hot air through the A/C to "cool the overheating engine down." They said it was because the car was tuned for the stock intake, and I should either switch it back to stock or take it to get tuned with the larger intake which would void the powertrain warranty.

Has anyone else experienced issues with their A/C as a result of adding a CAI? I've never heard of something like that before.

lol this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Please go to a different dealer, because the one that told you this is absolutely terrible.

So how do you like it? Sound & power

Sound of turbo whooshing a bit more pronounced than the BMS lid and big filter that I had; blowoff valve is still the same (turbosmart). Power via seat of the pants dyno feels more even, really nice. Only done about 200mi since yesterday morning though.

Would absolutely recommend this as the way to go. Adding the intercooler and charge pipes next (CVF)

Grats! I love my setup. FYI: Injen gave me info on their intercooler, it was in final testing and should be ready for release this month. I was told it was truly going to be worth the wait, its bigger than some competitions, and would tie the entire Injen system together.

Waiting for mine, and as with everything else, I will post the results when I get it.
