I think a thin sleeve would work maybe even the chaos one. Broncobuster would be tight. I honestly am not going to brace, I’m content to let the tie rod break rather than my rack.
What trim do you have? Badlands? I can’t fully tell if that’s the electric sway bar disconnect as it looks different from my Black Diamond sway bar.

I'd definitely want to see how that works under a load and articulating. Looks tight.
maybe not an issue if disconnected?

I went to the icon facility in riverside today, they added the fix to my bronco. I’m happy to report at full lock I am not touching the springs. I want to shout out to the team at Icon for the assistance, while I’m sure we can all agree this is not exactly what we signed up for, I’m glad to see them step up and try to take care of the problems.

Hey ChrisInSC,
A couple other users with this Icon kit had problems with the routing of the hose for the remote reservoir. It was rubbing on the coils or the UCA and doing some damage. Did you have this issue? If yes, was there a fix available?
Thanks

No issues with the hoses in front, hard to see in this pic but there is a gap.I had some issues with the hoses in back but that was due to my frame mounted sliders.

My hoses doesn't touch either and there is plenty of gap, however because these coilovers have so much travel, way more than stock getting to full droop is where I have problems clearing. I still need to do an alignment so I am not sure if that will be resolved on its own.

Well, I think that about does it for me. I finally got the lower nut loose and replaced the lower assembly with what was shipped to me (I also let the spindle go too far and the CV axle is now loose from the diff, go me!) I’ve got the passenger side installed with the new nut and spacer and I think it’s worse than before. The sway bar link is already eating into the coil at full droop. But, I can already tell the new way is not going to work for me. It seems it may work for the Badlands with the electric sway bar, but not the lower end of folks. Really bummed that the fix didn’t alleviate the issue. Here are a few photos of the “fix”.

Looking good!
This is promising as I also have a Badlands. The rear reservoir location seems to be tricky with aftermarket sliders. I believe someone had an hard time finding a location with the RSE step sliders.
Have you had time to play with the CDEV system? The ability to switch between 'sport' and 'comfort' modes sounds amazing in my head. I would love to hear some feedback after you've had some time with it.

I haven't got to the rear yet and I have RSE steps. Getting these ICONs to work is going becoming a pain in the ass. I'll find a way I'm sure of it. If anyone can tell me what they did to clear the RSE steps that would be awesome!

I have around 4000 miles in my cdev setup. I feel like I kinda fiddle with the setting me a lot still but it is very nice to be able to go from soft to stiff just off your phone. I think the thing I like the most about the system is having it stiffen the outside shocks on curvy roads.

I've read about it a bunch, but never caught or connected the dots of the real time reaction to cornering. I'm one of those guys who thinks the Bronco handles very well and is fun to drive on twisty roads.
I don't want much, just sporty handling on the backroads, cadillac/raptor comfort on the highway, and maximum articulation on the trails, lol. :)

Are you running 35's?
I'm guessing the app doesn't work with CarPlay because all the regulation around infotainment, but a carplay widget that lets you select between 3 pre-programmed modes would put this system over the top.

Yeah currently running 35s and I don’t believe so. The app is a little finicky. Like it doesn’t auto connect, you have to reset the app basically for it to connect when firing the car up.

Holy hell. This one picture tells entire story. There literally is no room to do anything. The last thing you can try is to throw as much castor in as you can.

i’m still going to try with my badlands but have to have a conversation with them prior.
Damn, looks like a relocation bracket for the swaybar is in order and custom tie rods with a curvature at that point in suspension travel and wheel position. Still holding on to getting all these clearance issues addressed.

Or… And hear me out… crazy idea… You could get one of the other brands that designed for the constraints… and tested their product on maybe multiple vehicles…

Wow, that's crazy, what trim do you have? Did you install them yourself? Even before the fix mine was never that bad. is it only like that at full droop? I will get some photos tomorrow at full droop to see what mine are like.
