@Triceratops I apologize for responding before I had better understanding of the issue and what our folks here were doing about it. I regret that I chose my words poorly. We understand your frustration, and If ultimately you want to return the product I think we can arrange that for you. But I really think you'll be happy with the system once we get past this. If you want to try the retrofit we've come up with, we can send the kit to you, probably by tomorrow. Just DM me your address, and please let us know which dealer you originally purchased through.

Everyone, the retrofit kit is a fairly simple installation that anyone who has ever worked on their own stuff should be able to do fairly easily, with no special tools. The kit yields an additional .530" of clearance between the stock tie rod and the coil cup, which should be enough clearance for most tie-rod stiffeners, once caster has been properly set. We have 6 kits that we made in our R&D shop, which we can send out as soon as we're done writing up the instructions and boxing them up, hopefully by tomorrow as I told triceratops. If you would like us to send you one, please DM me your address along with which dealer you originally purchased your kit from. (we are pushing a larger run of them through our production shop, but we have the 6 kits now from R&D, for those with an immediate need).

@JustSendItDude, the retrofit does move the back of the coil cup closer to the sway bar link joint, but not as close as simply flipping the pins around. On our Badlands with the electronic sta-bar, there is plenty of clearance. On non-Badlands it may be a little tighter but should be OK. We're working to verify that now, and I will report back.

As bad as the pics look at a static load, I’m hoping the fix takes into account how things are under load while articulating on the trail.
Had been debating carrying an extra tie rod and tools, but I feel it’s a necessity now.

That's an ICON Rebound Pro with an experimental steel rash guard we were testing out. We ultimately decided against producing those as a separate product but that research led to developing a billet aluminum removable/replaceable rash guard that will be integrated into the next wheel design featuring our InnerLock technology (the DOT-compliant bead retention feature currently only offered in the Rebound Pro).
You guys need to produce a plastic rash ring for the rebound pro wheels.

How about rear brake lines? Are y’all using longer lines or relocation brackets?

This is as far as my lines can go, and the tire is not off the ground yet. I don’t think I want to lift a tire as is.

Off the ground I have a tiny amount of play… Badsquatch so I don’t know if there are any differences.

While making some adjustments under the rear of my bronco I noticed that my brake lines are also maxed out before the tires even come off the ground. Definitely needs some longer brake lines or a new bracket.

I have Camburg trailing arms and Icon track bar, which does help with a small amount of articulation, so maybe my axle is able to move a little more than stock.

I am looking at getting the Rockjock track bar relocation bracket as my track bar is at quite an angle.

I've looked for brake line relocation brackets. RC has brackets they include in the 3.5 and 5 inch lift kits, but don't offer them separately. I've email them to see about purchasing separately but haven't heard back from them.

I’ve got a brake relocation kit installed from RC when I did my 2.5in lift from them. I’ll take a look at the lines when I get chance.

I did receive shipping notice from FedEx that the retrofit kit is on the way. Won’t get here until Tuesday though, so it may be the following weekend before I get everything installed.

I called RC and got the brackets on the way. They don’t have them listed on the website separately but will sell them if you call.

I'm surprised that there is enough variance in the suspension to cause it to hit in some peoples cars and not in others.

If you don't mind me asking how much did they charge you? I have been trying to find them on their site (inside a kit)

I also have a 2 door with factory track bar. Could be difference there.

Flexed it as much as I could at work today. brakes lines seem to have plenty of play. If I got a tire in the air it might be close though.

I think where you’ll see issues with the brake lines is if you have entire rear is at full droop.
