I've got Eibach's on a OBX bronco and I also have a Wildtrack with Hoss 3.0 and they are damn near the same ride quality on road. Have't had the Eibach's off road but I'm sure for the Hard core buys the Hoss 3.0 is going to be a better option as itss a bigger body and the extra fluid that the fox will have with the resevior.

now this is interesting! do you have a favorite between the 2?

So far I’m really liking my ADS setup! Handles amazing on the road/highway so far and begs to be let loose Offroad for some high speed fun. 😁 Thanks Ryan @Shifts And Grins Fab 👍

Definitely an investment, but it’s for sure a step above the Hoss 3.0 Fox’s….

I just noticed that my rear setup looks a bit weird. I have RPG 2.25 perches. On the driver side I can see the blue bump stop at the top of the rear coilover in the wheel well. But on my passenger side the coilover is tucked more into the body and I can’t see the bump stop. I’m thinking these should look nearly identical. Anyone with rear 2.25” perches to compare? Maybe @NJNMDoc ?

@Bean14, @SCWildtrak, @Sancho77, @NJNMDoc Any Comparisons? Going to my installer today but always good to have a bit of info or comparisons. Thanks for any help.

So this is what my passenger looked like before I removed the Fox’s.

That blue is not a bump stop, but a spring isolater to help quiet and protect the spring. They may have slide down at some point during install? There is a locator pin to ensure they’re installed right. See on mine that I removed, the locator pin and isolators:

You might try pulling back the fender liner and ensure they are tight. Also checking the depth of the bolt poking through the nut and comparing to the other side. There shouldn’t be anything inserted/added in between there with your perch collars.

Top nuts should be torqued to 41 lb.ft. Refer to link for frontend torque specs.

Thanks this is helpful and thanks for correcting me on the isolator. It also looks like the orientation of the spring is different on one side for me. Looks like the coils/isolator may even be touching but I’m guessing this is due to the spring having a different orientation on one side.

The spring will be more compressed with the RPG perch collars, but I couldn't say by how much. Hopefully one of the others that have installed can chime in.

If I was doing lite off road, lite terrain, and mall crawl I would say Eibach for the money. Especially if you want to lift your bronco and retain a Factory like ride. If you are looking for the HARD off road with high speed driving thru terrain, and maybe hard core mountain/rock crawling then the Fox/Hoss 3.0. I want 37's on my Wildtrack so I'm leaning towards Eibach as I'm on road or off road in low speed thru deep sand of the OBX beaches. I want a factory like ride and I feel the all the spacers, perch collars are great but if I've got 65K in a truck what's a extra 1600 for Eibach's vs 500 for perches or pucks. But like everyone else on here would rather not give up 3500 worth of Fox shocks just to lift 2-3 inches. Thou I'm sure I can sell the Fox/HOSS 3.0 shocks and cover the new stuff.

That’s my thoughts as well. I don’t have any place I can go fast offroad. I really do love the fox stuff though.

If the spring compressed more with the collars then the ride height wont change. Springs are rated in lbs/inch of compression. A 4000lb vehicle will have 1000lbs on each corner (in a perfect world). A 500lb/inch spring will compress 1" for each 500lbs. Adding the collars does not change the weight the springs support. The installed height of the spring remains the same as stock with the collars.

Reporting back after the install. I wont go into the lessons learned when lifting and will only focus on the outcome. To recap I have 37" KM3"s with this new
FOX HOSS 4 CORNER LIFT KIT
Regular price$298.00

There will be 2 impressions I give on this lift. One when my wife asks, and the other that I think about late a night after a few beers :)

Glass half full impression (Wife Version): First off it came out perfectly level at about 42.25" from ground to fender on all 4 wheels. So perfectly level! The ride is not too bad and can tell its a bit more stiff than before, but looks great and for $298 is awesome!!!

Glass half empty impression: I like the look, but hate the lift and the ride. I knew I would hate a perch collar and loosing my nice smooth and bouncy ride over the speed bumps in the neighborhood and the kids school sucks. It kind of feels like I'm dropping a tool box of tools in the front every time I go over a speed bump since the shocks are soooo loaded. I used to speed up to jump them like a Baja rig, but now I'm going slow over them as the damn front end is so stiff.... Also, perfectly level is not ok. The front I installed the 2" & the 1.75" in the back. I had a .75" rake and thought I would end up with .5" rake. Now I have .0" rake.... I take long trips with the family and a hitch cargo carrier and don't want to ride nose high the whole way.... Now I'm trying to source shims to get my rake back. We also take this thing off-roading to and super worried about capability and loosing my travel in the suspension. In the last year we have gone to Hatfields and McCoys in WV/SMORR in MO & some wheeling in TX. I see this as a place holder until a real lift is actually created complimenting the Hoss 3.0 shocks and selling these perches for $200 online when I get to take them off. I'm happyish with my decision and feel $298 is worth it for a single solid piece of metal perch. If money was not an obstacle and I could stomach the RPG's price gouging, I would do the 1.5" in both front and back and "ARB OLD MAN EMU REAR COIL SPRING TRIM PACKER KIT" to the front and back and get it to 2" front and 1.75" rear and keep some more smoothness in the ride. I just miss my soft, kick ass ride and all the flex I got with it.

Just don't tell the wife the glass half empty part! My 2cents, and know a perch will be fine for many, and is the best option right now too! For the money and knowing there is not another option I would do this lift again and wait for a future better option!!

I've noticed its hard to get a picture of the actual gap... that seems to represent real world well. Front appears in this picture to be lifted more, but I dont think it is. Now just need to find some wheels
