I have a 2022 black diamond sas 4 door. I have stock suspension. I'm looking for something adjustable because I'm going to add bumper winch, and other weight. Should I upgrade to hoss 3.0 steering rack and fox 2.5. My other option are icon stage 3-5 one of those in the price range. Any opinions on those options or other options?

If ya have the cash for Icon/fox/King/etc…go for it…about anything is better than ā€hoss 1ā€ā€¦I wouldn’t worry about the rack (maybe some RC bushings) til ya go 37s and/or get into serious wheeling…

Sorry meant the whole wildtrack 3.0 suspension. I've seen parts at roughly 3k

Yeah saw you had Sasquatch…the wildtrack Fox coilovers are not adjustable if that is important…

I don't think I need the more expensive live valve.... I keep telling myself so I don't spend money šŸ˜‰. I just want to know how hoss 3.0 handles extra weight like after market bumpers and pulling a trailer

Look into the Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 Coilovers. They're adjustable and the ride is a great improvement over stock! Eibach Pro-Truck Coilover 2.0 | Adjustable Front Coilover

I was back and forth between the Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 and the Bilstein 6112 coilovers. I ended up going with the 6112's. Just waiting for them to arrive in the mail. I have watched a bunch of YouTube reviews that rate them better than the Fox 2.0 or 2.5.

Hoss 3.0 is not height adjustable, nor is it live valve. The BRaptor Fox is live valve, which is not compatible with your Bronco.

Look at Ride shocks they have options for the added weight of bumpers, and other accessories you might add.

The Bilstein 6100's (which come without a coil, you reuse what you have) fits the Sas. They are adjustable. Note that the Ford Performance 6112's are not adjustable, and I don't believe they fit the Sas even if you change the coil (not sure about that).

I know the FP 6112's keep the suspension geometry, which helps keep you from having issues with the steering rack and tie rods. The 6100's I believe do as well; the key thing is to stay at or below 2" of suspension lift.

The Eibach Protruck 2.0's get a lot of good remarks. I think you can get them a little cheaper than the 6100's. They are also adjustable.

Note that your use case, you don't need a reservoir or live shocks. You can get shocks that have them, but unless you're bombing whoops in the desert or really hardcore rock crawling, that money isn't going towards functionality you'll use.

Keep in mind having a winch is a whole thing, and requires changes more than a bumper (like relocating the camera if you have it). You also should know what you're doing with them, as they're potentially dangerous and require regular maintenance.

Like going bigger tires, really consider if you want to pay all the costs, not just monetary. Unless you're really working towards tangible off road benefits you're going to use, bigger tires, expensive lifts and winches (etc.) can quickly get out of hand and lead to a poor experience. Ford spent tens of millions developing and engineering the Bronco to work well in it's envelope, beyond thyre be tygers. Not to mention you're unlikely to recoup those costs when selling. YMMV.
