I've been visiting here for several days and have decided to join.

My wife and & are retired federal employees (20+ years now) and are now landscape, nature and wildlife photographers driving everywhere we can. We used to drive 2 and 4-door jeeps before switching to F150 Raptors and recently a F250. We were in Moab last November when we finally got tired of fighting for parking in a space more suitable for a smaller vehicle. We've been looking the Broncos since they first came out and decided that 2025 was the time to switch. We've been driving a 2025 Badlands SAS since November and have made the trip from Tucson to Moab twice now. Side note here... I'm 6-9 and my wife is 6' and we both fit. While the fit isn't like the F250 it still is very comfortable.

We like the Bronco so much that we ordered a 2026 Raptor in Avalanche. We ordered Feb 12 and have a build date of March 30th.

And to finish this introduction, we've ordered a TruckVault drawer system for secure storage.

Thank-you for all the advice you all have provided here. I'm looking forward to reading and learning more.

First, congrats on your retirement. Please share some of your photos if you would! It also sounds like you gotten bitten by the bronco bug. I bought my first ford 2 years ago and it was a Bronco Everglades. Its been a lot of fun wheeling around Colorado and Moab. We try to make it out to Moab 2-3 times a year as we are only about 4 hours away. Good luck on your adventures, look forward to seeing some of your Raptor pics.

Welcome. A lot of knowledgeable folks here so don't be afraid to ask questions. I presume you will be trading your Badlands in for the Raptor?

Share a few photos or provide a link to your IG for us to appreciate.

Still trying to get used to the format here.

The top image was taken after we found Bronco headquarters in Moab.

The second image is from along the road to Anticline Overlook

The last is from Schaffer Trail where we met another Bronco from MA
