Finally went through and verified my offroadeo token so I’m trying to decide which location to go with.

I’m in Cleveland, so NH and TN are def drivable but I’m not sure if flying to MOAB or LV would be worth it just because it’s a terrain I haven’t really experienced before.

I assume I’ve had to rent a car for MOAB and LV (they seem pretty far away from the airport) while I could just drive to TN or NH.

Has anyone done multiple? Are the ones out west that much better than the ones closer to me?

Speaking from experience, MOAB was a blast and the quality of instruction was superb. As far as the terrain goes, MOAB is definitely a slab of earth unlike no other place. Canyon washes and surrounding landscape goes by fast, like a great movie you never want to end. Though I have not experienced multiple locations, we're set for Raptor Off-Roadeo later this year in NV. I'd hit MOAB again if I had the time to schedule it this year.

I feel like if I’m going to have to fly, TX isn’t worth it and it rather go all out and go far west.
You don't have to explain it to me, figured that's why you left it off.

I did Moab, but if I was to do it over again, I would do Vegas...

Moab is sick, but not sure how much they will let "rookies" go on. Hell's Gate is iconic and the butt scratcher and washtub - well names say enough. I'm in FL so toyed with TN being the closest one day up shot.

Did the Texas one since it is about an hour from my house, also did the Pilot for the Off road connect Ford did in Merus (Palo Duro Canyon)both awesome events. We wheeled in Moab Last Summer and heading there again in 4 weeks. But I would say you can't go wrong at any of the Off Rodeo Venues. I visited the Las Vegas site and the Moab site both pretty cool places to wheel. Taking your Bronco to one of these places would be the best, it is hard to be in Moab for a few days and not have your Bronco to hit up Hells, Fins or TOTW. I know the Texas, Vegas and Moab locations all have wheeling pretty close by that you can take your new found knowledge and put it to use.

When I did the Off Rodeo in Moab, they didn't use the local trails, it was all down the road at Dome Plateau...

Been to the Nevada course for both Bronco and Bronco Raptor. I can say both courses have some amazing, diverse, well rounded trail conditions. The Bronco base camp was amazing all on its own with a mix of rock crawls, slow speed technical and high altitude scrambles.
For the Raptor side they have an Ultra4 course (King of the Hammers type) they have built which was intense that includes a chance to actually jump the Raptor.
The facilities are also incredible and all the staff seem to have no issue talking about any kind of automotive topic you can think of.

I vote moab. I flew into SLC and rented a badlands on turo to drive down to moab. The offroadeo took place on the dome plateu which was awesome. We spent other days at arches and canyonlands. Took the rental down Shafer Trail which was a highlight of the trip.

Then we drove back to SLC and spent a day at snowbird.

First,, they're great courses and the instructors are all top-notch. That makes your decision subjective. My two cents (until they discontinue the penny):
1) If you drive to a location, such as Moab, you may want to stay around for a while and explore the trails and countryside around your Off-Roadeo locale on your own. It's a bit of a trip--maximize it!
2) Where, and how much, off-roading to you expect to do? Trails in the Northeast (trees, branch overhangs, mud, very irregular rocks, low traffic) are way different from those in the Southwest (fewer trees, more ledges, slickrock, groomed trails, more people if you have difficulty).
Check out regional clubs for your area and see what they have for trip reports, images & videos, etc. That may help guide you.

Here's my $.02. The staff, vehicles and experience will be great at any of the Off Rodeos. What's different is the experience outside the Off Rodeo. I live about 3 hours away from Moab, and been there at least a half dozen times in my Bronco. There's a ton of different terrain and difficulty levels to suit everyone. The whole town is built around the outdoors. I've never met anyone who went to Moab to offroad and came home disappointed.

I was there 2 weeks ago and noticed a few Bronco's at some of the off-road rental shops. If I were in your shoes and time and money were not a concern this is what I'd do. Fly into Moab - there are daily flights from Phoenix via Contour Airlines. Rent a Bronco, or Jeep if you can't find a Bronco (nobody kill me for saying that). Go to the Off Rodeo, then spend another 3-5 days in Moab exploring other trails. You can go as wild or mild as you want. Heck it's fun to just be in town and see all the other rigs people have there. It's really hard to find that kind of experience anywhere else.
