Gushing noise. Help!

Can anybody tell me, why when I drive I hear "what sounds like" an 18- wheeler brakes being released? Its kind of a gushing noise.

Did you add a Blow-off valve, or did you buy your Bronco used and the previous owner added a Blow-off valve?
