REAR QUARTER PANEL CLICKING NOISE (Help)

Team, any thoughts on what this noise could be? Been trying to trouble shoot for the past couple of months. Not the hardtop pins or wheel liner pins, no subwoofer installed. Hear audible metal rattle on driver side rear quarter panel near gas cap driving over bumps as well as closing doors (videos attached). I have not committed myself to removing panels or breaking plastic clips quite yet. Any thoughts are much appreciated--noise has been driving me bat shit crazy.

I know this is a few months late, but curious if you found out what was causing this rattle? My 2021 randomly started making this noise over the weekend - it’s coming from the same area around the rear drivers side quarter panel. For the life of me I can’t pinpoint where it’s coming from.
