I have a 2024 big bend Bronco and as of recently the gas pedal has started to shake/tremble as I reach highway speeds. I’ve taken it to two different Ford dealerships to get serviced but neither has been able to “feel” it or find what’s wrong.
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what was the cause?

The gas pedal is attached to the fire wall. What ever makes the body shake makes the pedal shake. That is a long list. Could be tire alignment (back or front), loose tire, out of balance tire, control arm, steering arm, bushing, exhaust hanger, etc. I think you get the idea.

I presume the gas pedal linkage was checked for tightness. But that is probably not the cause.

The key is the speed. At 60, you have hit a harmonic frequency that is amplifying the problem - and you are noticing it in the gas pedal. These types of problems are challenging to isolate. It usually takes 2-3 people in the vehicle to do that. A driver alone will not work because of the reflection effect of sound and vibration in that seat (think surround sound). Get a spouse, kids, friends, neighbors, coworkers to take a joy ride with you, go on the route you typically feel it, and start the isolation/confirmation process. You will be surprised what different "butt sensitivity" abilities can accomplish. And be aware of what is happening as you get up to speed. Remember, at 60 it is being amplified - below 60 it is still happening in a subtle way. The steering wheel is another clue source - particularly on wheel issues.

Maybe @Ducati1098 has some input for you based on his experience.

I wish you quick success on finding the root cause. Let us know when you find out.

I think you summed everything up pretty well.
There really isn't anything common that I can think of. And without having the vehicle to test, there's far to many potential causes.

Thank you for your feedback.
The dealership thought it was the balancing of the tires as the balance was off but just received it back this weekend and the thumping/shaking is still occurring.
I’ll be heading back to the dealership to see what else can be done.
