What I'm doing for the remainder of the day is setting the auto update to every hour on the hour until I see some progress.
It doesn't work that way, brother. You need to have an OTA sent before the auto-update schedule will do anything. It's a long read, but I made on write up on the F150 forum of how OTA's work. This will give you a better understanding of how updates work (and don't work).

Days, weeks, or months... hilarious. Obviously I wont be parking my truck on the grass and hot spotting with my phone for months so will it ever just update over its cellular connection or am I SOL until I get this thing on a wifi network it deems worthy?

99% of updates come in through cellular. If you want, send me your VIN and I'll poke around and see if I see any red flags. In your original post, I see the connectivity icons there, so your modem is talking to the cloud.

Modem is working fine and the truck is talking to the cloud fine. OTA dashboard shows you got an update 2 weeks ago. That same update was sent in May and it timed out and failed because the truck was not being driven. It took 2.5 months for it to be resent. The OTA was 2.1.2 which is (as expected) an old update. Your truck is very behind, but it seems fine to me. It will be a long time before the OTA process gets you caught up, though.

Can dealers (or I) load them manually with USB or any other means?

They can, but they most likely won't. Ford does not pay dealers labor hours to update modules just because they are out of date. These Sync 4 vehicles are updated with software called FDRS and it will take hours and hours to get your truck up to date. Nobody likes to work for free, so you can't blame the dealers.

OP, don't mean to hijack your post, but quick question. I'm at software verion 22082_ PRODUCT. Revision 411. How far behind I'm in updates?

Purchased the truck last year but it sat over a year in the dealer unsold (2022 Model purchased on july 2023)

I have checked multiple times manually and it says there are no updates for my Truck. Im Connected to my home wifi.
